A: All of our products are made to order with great care. Due to the personalized nature of our 1:1 custom designs, refunds are not available. Once your order is in the production phase, cancellations may not be possible.

However, non-custom products are eligible for returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached.

The design process takes 2-5 business days depending on item(s) in your order. After that, shipping times are as follows:

• Canada: 3-8 business days

• United States: 4-10 business days

A: To maintain the quality of your product, please wash it inside out with cold water. Avoid using a dryer to prevent shrinkage and preserve the print.

A: Our clothing runs true to size but is not oversized.

• For a regular fit, choose your usual size.

• For a loose fit, size up by one or two sizes.
